Ama Postola Pre-Easter Tournament kicks off – who will take the trophy?

The 11th edition of the Ama Postola Pre-Easter Tournament is set to ignite the Vaal on 21–22 March at Boitumelo Sport Ground!

Organisers Innocent Dlamini and Phineas Mofokeng are excited to once again bring soccer fans the most thrilling church-based football showdown in the region.

This highly anticipated tournament unites Apostolic churches through the love of football while promoting community building and fighting substance abuse.

Last year’s champions, Sons of God Church in Zion, will be back to defend their title after a 2-1 victory over Reformed Medium Apostolic Church in Zion. Will they hold onto the cup, or will a new champion rise?

Dlamini shared his excitement: “We are proud to host this tournament again. It’s about giving young players a platform, strengthening our community and keeping youth away from drugs. We invite everyone to join us at Boitumelo Ground!”
