Tshepo Chad Recognises Youth in Arts and Culture With Awards
In a heartfelt celebration of youth empowerment, Tshepo Chad Motingoe – founder of TCM Art’s and Culture – has once again demonstrated his deep commitment to uplifting young people and steering them away from negative influences. On 21 November, Motingoe awarded certificates of recognition and appreciation to all TCM members, a gesture that filled the room with pride, excitement, and renewed motivation.
This annual initiative is more than just an award ceremony – it’s a powerful reminder of the importance of acknowledging young talent and giving them the confidence to pursue their dreams. By pledging that the certificates will be handed out every year, Motingoe continues to open doors for new members, offering them a platform to grow, shine, and change their own narratives.
Motingoe founded TCM Art’s and Culture after witnessing first-hand how many young people are sidelined by inequality and lack of opportunity. Too often, he says, success depends on “who you know” or being forced into compromising situations. His mission is clear: empower the black child to succeed through talent, hard work, and integrity – without sacrificing their values.
His dedication radiates through everything he does. “I invite you to join us, make the most of this opportunity, and express your gratitude later,” Motingoe shared. “I wish you all the best.” His words echo as a call to action for the youth – a reminder to step forward, take the chance, and build a future they can be proud of.
Motingoe’s vision is rooted in compassion and responsibility. “It is my obligation to foster joy in the lives of those around me,” he says – a philosophy that continues to inspire the community and light the path for future leaders.
