Police check in on crèche following trespassing incident

Meyerton SAPS conducted a follow-up visit on 17 February, at Tinkerbell Day Care Center after a reported intruder incident that involved stolen goods.

The owner, Fikile Radebe, confronted the trespasser and chased him until Public Order Police, driving along the R59, spotted the suspect and intervened.

Meyerton SAPS Social Crime Prevention and youth stakeholders visited the school to monitor the well-being of learners affected by the incident. Authorities emphasized the importance of vigilance and community cooperation in preventing crime.
