Victor leads with heart in Walkerville

For Virgillia “Gill” Victor, making a difference begins with noticing when someone needs help—and choosing to act.

As chairlady and co-founder of The Dream Team Walkerville SA, Victor leads a dedicated group of 10 members working to support individuals and families facing difficult circumstances throughout the community.

Her role places her at the heart of the organisation’s efforts, but Victor believes meaningful change is only possible when people work together. With the support of her team and local residents, the organisation continues to offer hope, spread kindness and lend a helping hand wherever possible.

Victor’s leadership is rooted in a genuine love for Walkerville and its people. Through every initiative, she strives to ensure that vulnerable residents know they have not been forgotten and that their community is willing to stand beside them.

She also recognises that every contribution matters, whether it comes through donated goods, volunteered time or simply showing compassion towards someone in need.
