Infant found dead in Savanna City skip bin
Midvaal Local Municipality has raised concern following discovery of an infant in a skip bin this morning by a recycling member of the community in Savanna City (Bonded pocket 4).
“MLM does not condone this behaviour. Various avenues of help are available if you do not have the means to take care of a child. We are concerned about the welfare of the mother and request any person with information to please report it,” read the municipality’s statement.
