Two injured after wall collapses on them in Meyerton

On Tuesday, 4 July, CERT-SA Vaal crew received a call for a wall that collapsed and fell on two patients on Jopie Fourie Street, Kookrus, Meyerton.

Upon arrival, CERT-SA crew found Midvaal Fire and Rescue already on the scene and attending to the patients. On assessment, the patients had both sustained moderate injuries after a wall fell over on top of their legs.

Both the patients were stabilized on scene and transported to nearby facilities by ER24 and GPG.
