Midvaal calls for public comment on the De Deur Government Precinct
Midvaal Local Municipality invites interested and affected stakeholders to comment on the approved De Deur Government Precinct Draft Urban Design Framework (Council Resolution: C 3160/08/2023).
The Draft Urban Design Framework for the Government Precinct in the area of the De Deur Estates Limited is advertised for public comment in terms of the section 12(2) of the Midvaal Spatial Planning And Land Use Management By-law, 2017 and Chapter 4 of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 prior to approval for a period of 30-days from the 1st September 2023
Any persons wishing to view the draft document may do so during normal office hours at Development and Planning Department and the De Deur Public Library or by using the below link or QR code to our municipal website as provided below:
All written comments may be submitted to Development and Planning or emailed to planning@midvaal.gov.za
Comments must be submitted on or before Tuesday, 30th September 2023
