Midvaal Municipality and Sedibeng District collaborates with Cell C & MiDesk Global to donate 100 desks to Ratasetjhaba Primary
On Monday, 29 January, Midvaal Local Municipality and Sedibeng District in partnership with Cell C and MiDesk Global donated 100 desks to Ratasetjhaba Primary School in Meyerton.
The donation aims to improve learner literacy development and academic performance.
The innovative desks transform into a portable wheelie schoolbag and are equipped with a solar light and USB charging portals.
This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals of ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning for all.
