Kanana Park’s Mponda Brothers and Siz collaborate with Melusi Magwaza for inspirational anthem ‘Gobela’
Anticipation is mounting as the Mponda Brothers, gear up for the release of their upcoming single, “Gobela” on 12 April.
Kanana Park’s Mponda Brothers – Deco (Lawrence Sibusiso Matewela) and DJ N.T (Ntokozo Matewela) paired with Finetown’s Siz (Sipho Tlhapi) and Thulamntwana’s Melusi Magwaza on the song which amplifies the message of rebirth and the revival of ancestral wisdom and amadlozi.
Deco told Walkerville & Savanna City Times: “The track is aptly titled ‘Gobela’ meaning the great healer. It embodies a celebration of identity, tradition and resilience of the black community.”
