Police bust drug lab in De Deur, seize R2.3 million in equipment and materials

On Tuesday, 9 July, the South African Police Service (SAPS) successfully dismantled a drug lab in De Deur during an intelligence-driven operation.

The police seized equipment and materials valued at approximately R2.3 million, including drug manufacturing equipment and mandrax drugs.

Four suspects, aged between 37 and 56, including the property owner, were arrested.
