Niche Community Market to host children’s art & photography competition on Saturday
The Walkerville Niche Community Market will be having an art and photography competition for children aged between 2 and 15 on Saturday, 06 May at Canterbury Arms on 2nd Road, Walkerville.
Participants will be challenged to visualise, “What makes The Niche Community Market GREAT?”
“You may colour or draw and/or take a cell phone picture of the Market, competition is age appropriate,” said Helen Glyn.
The competition starts from 10.30am, there will be a cost of R30 entry fee per competition or R50 to enter both.
Winners will be announced via WhatsApp on Saturday ,13 May at 11am.
The photography competition winner will receive R200 from Niche, a free photoshoot by Jeremy Glyn on Mother’s Day Market of 13 May and more while the prize for the colouring or drawing competition is a Mama Bear cup filled with chocolates and a fluffy sheep face hot water bottle for the chilly nights ahead.
