Walkerville Sports Society to host volleyball championship this weekend

The Walkerville Sports Society is gearing up to host an exciting volleyball championship on Saturday, 2 December at Injati in Walkerville’s boom area.

Gather your teams and join in the exhilarating volleyball championship games. The event will feature a total of five games, with 16 teams participating, each comprised of five members.

Registrations will commence at 9 am. To register, each team will require R250 (equivalent to R50 per player) and must present an original team name while adorning their team’s attire/colors. The games are slated to commence at 10 am. Entry for spectators is free of charge.

For those unfamiliar with the game but eager to participate, fret not! There will be ample on-site assistance available. This event is suitable for individuals of all ages and will also feature various mini-games such as beer pong and bean bag toss, along with a dedicated playground for kids.

Attendees are welcome to bring cooler boxes containing beer, wine, soft drinks, and ciders. Additionally, delightful food will be available for purchase at the venue provided by Injati. Enjoy great music while you relax and relish the games.
