Emfuleni Local Municipality appoints new municipal manager
The Council of Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) held its Special Council Meeting on Friday (24 March 2023), wherein the Executive Mayor, Cllr. Sipho Radebe tabled his mayoral reports which included but not restrained to the appointment of the new Municipal Manager (MM). The Emfuleni Municipal Council in accordance to their fiduciary duties empowered by Section 82 which is supported by Section 57 of the Municipal Systems Act duly appointed Mr. April Sotshengani Ntuli as the Municipal Manager of Emfuleni Local Municipality.
