Blitz service delivery Thursdays roll into Kliprivier

Midvaal Local Municipality took its service delivery programme to Kliprivier on Thursday, 1 October, as municipal teams continued efforts to maintain and improve public spaces across the municipality.

The initiative formed part of the municipality’s Blitz Service Delivery Thursdays, which brings teams together to tackle service delivery and maintenance needs in targeted communities.

During the Kliprivier blitz, municipal teams were deployed in the area to carry out service delivery work aimed at improving the condition of the local environment and addressing issues requiring attention.

The programme is designed to provide a coordinated approach to municipal maintenance, with different teams working in an area during a concentrated service delivery drive.

By taking the initiative to different parts of Midvaal, the municipality aims to ensure that communities receive regular attention while outstanding maintenance and service delivery matters are addressed.

The Kliprivier operation forms part of Midvaal’s broader efforts to maintain municipal infrastructure, improve public spaces and strengthen service delivery across its communities.

Residents are encouraged to continue reporting service delivery concerns through the municipality’s official channels so that matters can be recorded and attended to.
