Sedibeng District’s High-Density operation yields impressive results in De Deur

On 24 October, the Sedibeng District conducted a High-Density operation in the De Deur SAPS policing precinct, demonstrating a firm commitment to combating crime in the area.

This strategic initiative aims to reassure the community and reaffirm the SAPS’s dedication to tackling lawlessness and addressing criminal activities across the Sedibeng District.

The operation yielded notable results in the De Deur policing area, including the apprehension of two undocumented individuals-one from Lesotho and the other from Malawi. In addition, five individuals were arrested for possession of illicit substances, highlighting the SAPS’s unwavering stance against narcotics-related crime.

A total of fourteen (14) traffic fines were issued, amounting to R10,100, reflecting the agency’s commitment to road safety and the enforcement of traffic regulations.

De Deur SAPS Operational Commander, Captain Mthimkulu, welcomed the successes and extended gratitude to all members involved for their dedication to fighting crime and upholding the high standards of the SAPS. Captain Mthimkulu also emphasized the paramount importance of integrity in executing duties, reinforcing the core values of the service.
